I had a great stay at this hotel. the location is excellent as it’s close to the train station, which made transportation very convenient for me. Secondly, the hotel facilities were clean and in great condition, especially the air conditioning which worked perfectly. Lastly, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were always eager to help, and the breakfast was delicious.

Can't fault anything about it.

The only two good aspects were the air conditioning that worked fine and the key location that allowed access to nearby transportation options. Best aspect: The best thing was the proximity to the train station, which made getting around easier. The air conditioner worked well, which was a relief during a hot Easter weekend.

The worst aspects were the lack of cleanliness in the rooms, with disgustingly dirty walls, and the staff who were not helpful and very lazy. They did not care about keeping the hotel clean or respecting guests’ privacy.

The walls were extremely dirty and the staff seemed uninterested in cleaning them. the staff were not very helpful during check-in and seemed more interested in taking photos of guests on their cellphones than assisting with visa questions.
